If you take advantage of our Managed Services deal, we will be keeping constant track of your server and all the processes running on it. This way you will have more time for your sites or apps.

Weekly Backups

Creating a backup of a VPS Server isn’t the simplest task in this world. You will either need to use some other server or your desktop PC, alternatively utilize a 3rd–party solution. We offer a far easier option with our Managed Services deal. We’ll make a full backup copy of your server every single week, so you never have to worry about losing important info. Plus, we can always recover a backup copy very fast. All the backups are held on a special server with a RAID array of disk drives, so if anything happens to any part of your stored content, we’ve got you covered.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Whilst a Virtual Private Server gives you a virtually endless number of options, you will sometimes have to install additional software programs. And that is where our Installation & Troubleshooting service can comes in real handy. It’s an integral part of our Managed Services deal, which allows you to ask any of our proficient sysadmins to install any software program and to take care of any issue that you are having with your Virtual Private Server.

The Managed Services deal is bundled with the majority of our OpenVZ VPS Servers. It is an optional feature with our KVM VPS Servers.
