At SoftwareDIY, we know that this can often be hard & time–consuming. That is why we will do all that for you at no cost!Our highly proficient technical staff will transfer your site content from your current web hosting provider to us. Our techs have got lots of experience migrating web sites and are able to handle everything – from a conventional WordPress–powered weblog or Joomla^™–driven web site, to an extremely elaborate, custom–made app.

A: While we can’t give you an exact time window, since there are a lot of variables, including the size of the files and databases, the physical location of the current host’s server, the complexity of your web site and the current workload of our Website Migration Department, etc., we’ll give our very best to migrate your site within 48 hours, and in certain cases – within 24 hours (if the content is not large).

A: We will require the login information for your current hosting provider’s Control Panel along with the site’s name (domain name).

A: Our Privacy Policy is an inseparable part of the contract that we will have with you as a client. We’re committed to safeguarding the security of the private information gathered from the customers. A: No. Your website will continue to be reachable online during the transfer. As soon as everything is completed on our end, we will let you know so that you can examine it and check for problems. If everything’s okay, all you will have to do is edit your domain’s DNS records.

A: Nope. We’ll never contact your web hosting provider about anything at all. They will not be aware of the website migration either.

A: Yup. We support all common Linux–powered hosting platforms. We don’t support Windows–driven web hosting platforms, as we don’t offer Windows web hosting services ourselves.In addition, we do not support proprietary website creation and management tools such as Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
